Staff - 2024-25 School Year

The quality of our staff is one of the things that contributes to the outstanding education that we are able to provide. As a Nursery School, we have qualified Teachers in each class group and our Headteacher and Assistant Headteacher are both early years specialists. Each group also has a level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner and our Learning Support Assistants support individual children. Read on to meet them!

    Shelagh Gale has an additional Level 3 qualification in working with children with special educational needs.  Janet Doublard has an additional Level 3 Elkan qualification in supporting children’s communication, speech and language development.  Ankita Basu has a L3 Cache qualification in supporting children's communication, speech and language development.  Janet Doublard is a qualified ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) for Early Years.

    There is always at least one safeguarding lead in the Nursery School and Family Hub during our normal opening hours.

  • Lunch Club

    Children are supported at Lunch Club by Teachers, Nursery Nurses and Learning Support Assistants from their classes.

  • Breakfast and Tea Clubs

    Children are supported by classroom staff, including one L3 member of staff in each session.
