A very warm welcome to Victoria Park Nursery School.
We have been here in the park since the 1942 and on our present site for over 30 years. As a maintained Nursery School, we are one of a very special group of 400 schools focusing on educating children from 2 to 5 years old. Successive Governments have called us “the jewel in the crown” of early years education because of the levels of expertise of our staff and the outstanding progress that our children make to age 5 and beyond.
At Victoria Park, our children learn through play, sharing stimulating first hand experiences with their peers and our highly qualified staff in a very caring and happy environment. Our beautiful garden is a particular feature of the education here, as we feel it’s very important for children to have lots of chance to get fresh air and connect with nature. As educators, we aim to work in partnership with you, our local community and other professionals to support your child’s learning and development and to prepare them for life beyond Nursery.
